Founded in 1901 in Paris, EIGSI is one of the oldest private engineering schools. Since its foundation, it has graduated more than 8000 engineers .
At the origin of the EIGSI, in 1901, we find the EEMI, School of Electricity and Industrial Mechanics . It quickly established itself as one of the leading schools of engineers in electrical and mechanical engineering. It must be said that at the beginning of the 20th century, the second industrial revolution made electricity and mechanics (aeronautics, automotive and industrial) two major axes of development. From then on, the EEMI is a pole of innovation , a trainer of creative minds, profiles of innovative engineers, at the cutting edge of technical and scientific progress .
