Uppsala University was founded in 1477 and is ranked among the very top universities of the world. Eight Nobel laureates have been connected with the university. It has around 52000 students among which some 5000 are international studying on bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral level.
Our research aims to understand our society, make the world a better place and improve people’s quality of life.
