The largest engineering school in Normandy, INSA Rouen occupies a major place in the landscape of engineering education in France. Its missions, teaching (8 trainings of engineers -es), research (9 laboratories) and the dissemination of scientific culture, are articulated around 4 clusters of competences in a transversal approach that is risk control : Information systems / mathematics, energy / mechanical engineering, civil engineering and sustainable constructions, chemistry and processes / industrial ecology.
INSA Rouen is a member of the powerful INSA Group, which trains nearly 10% of French engineers every year. He has developed close ties with the industrial world and has developed numerous partnerships with international organizations.
