Founded in 1920, FERRANDI offers young people training courses ranging from CAP to bac +5 to prepare them for the catering, tableware, bakery and pastry and short programs of specialization or retraining.
75% of students who integrate FERRANDI are enrolled in an apprenticeship program. They alternate between in-company training and predominantly theoretical lessons at school. This free and paid training channel offers strong guarantees of professional and social integration.
