WSB University in Gdansk, Poland, offers a Bachelor's degree programme in Software Development.

The programme focuses on A to Z in software development, from analysis, modelling, implementation to the elimination of errors. They also will introduce several different programming languages to their students. WSB University also offers Master's degree programme in IT Project Management for you who are planning to pursue a master’s degree in the field.

3. Varna University of Management

You can take the Bachelor's degree programme in Software Systems and Technologies in Varna University of Management. VUM is in Varna, Bulgaria.

The programme itself aimed to give students a solid foundation in three main areas of software development: Methods, Tools, and Security. During your studies, you are required to do an internship (mandatory) to hone your skill as a newbie in mobile app development. Currently, the programme in Software Systems and Technologies is only available at undergraduate level.

Universidade Europeia is in Lisbon, Portugal. The university offers a bachelor's-degree programme in Games and Apps Development. You will be prepared for the challenges of the digital gaming and mobile applications industry.

The course mostly focuses on projects to develop your skills in digital environments. A specific master’s degree programme in Apps Development is not offered by the university, however, they offer a master’s programme in Information System and Interaction Design.
