The University School of Health Sciences of Manresa, attached to the Autonomous University of Barcelona, was born in 1990 under the name of the University Nursing School of Manresa. Subsequently a process was initiated to offer new university studies oriented to the field of health sciences and in 1998 the School became the University School of Health Sciences of Manresa (EUCS).
From this moment, the School expanded its educational offer with new degrees: Physical Therapy (1998), Podology (1999) and Speech Therapy (2001).
Since 2002, the Bages University Foundation also has a University Clinic where teachers and former EUCS students collaborate with the best academic records.
