The college predecessor, the Baja State Teachers’ Training Institute Eötvös József founded based Bill 1870 . October 17 th. September 7, 1959 from going higher level rather than (as the law changes), the former teacher training secondary.
1962 September 1, the National Water Authority established the Higher Technical School of Water Resources. The Polytechnic from 1970 to the Technical University of Budapest Water Management College Faculty and annexed in 1979 in Pécs Pollack Mihály Technical College.
