Each, individual customer is exactly that ‘individual in the eyes of the company’ So what we mean by ‘Boutique College’ is that we deliver specifically tailored courses (all our courses are recognised for exemption purposes by the relevant professional bodies) to small groups of dedicated students. These courses/degree programmes have been specifically written to dovetail into the professional examinations of the relevant professional body. "
We only deliver our programme to small groups, thus we know all of our students by name (In ICD the customer is a person not a number).
