For more than two centuries, the Royal College of Music in Stockholm (Kungliga Musikhögskolan, KMH) has been orchestrating excellence. Founded in 1771 as the Royal Swedish Academy of Music, the educational institution has changed names multiple times – but its reputation has never wavered.
"KMH offers three second cycle study programmes with all tuition in English language: Nordic Performance Master in Folk Music, Nordic Performance Master in Jazz, Master in Contemporary Performance and Composition (CoPeCo). For all other programmes the instruction language is Swedish. To find a study programme, search either by examination level (Bachelor/Undergraduate, Master/Graduate, Teacher Education, Postgraduate (Research) – or by main subject/musical genre."
