Institut Paul Bocuse is the first ever private higher education institution specialized in hospitality management to receive dual recognition from the French Ministry of Industry and Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation.

The MSc in International Hospitality Management is the result of a partnership between the Institut Paul Bocuse and emlyon business school.
The International Hospitality Management program trains you to become one of the world's top hospitality leaders.
The Master's degree Culinary Leadership & Innovation program in partnership with Haaga Helia University - University of Applied Sciences (Finland) brings you a strategic and avant-garde vision of the French and international Culinary Arts and Food Service professions.
Each year, you will complete a 4 to 6 month internship in France and abroad.
You have the choice to follow the program entirely in English.
