Background

The EU Mission to ASEAN is inviting you to join the 2nd ASEAN-EU Cooperation and Scholarships Day, held in conjunction with the Launch of the EU-ASEAN-Blue Book 2019 and the 52nd ASEAN Day Celebration on 8 August 2019.

The event will provide an opportunity for visitors to find out more about:

• EU-ASEAN development cooperation programmes
• Educational opportunities for ASEAN students, including scholarships in the EU and within ASEAN countries

Registration for Visitors

• Online registration is mandatory
• Visitors should come for the time slot they signed up for. Showing up at a different time slot will risk being denied entry to the event
• To enter the venue, visitors must simply show the registration confirmation e-mail on their mobile phones and a photo ID to the committee
• Registration will be closed once we have reached the RSVPs quota for each time slot

Avoid plastic:

We aim to make this event as sustainable and low waste as possible, and would encourage visitors to refrain from using single-use styrofoam or plastic water bottles, cups, bags and take-away boxes, and instead bring their own reusable bottle or tumbler to the event.
